***Due to COVID19 we can’t give exact shipping times, the below is a guide to NORMAL conditions, PLEASE ALLOW LONGER TIMES***

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED 1-3 WORKING DAYS FOLLOWING THE DAY THE ORDER WAS MADE.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Australia: 3 - 5 DAYS

USA, CANADA: 8 - 10 DAYS

INTERNATIONAL: 6 - 12 DAYS.


AUSTRALIAN ORDERS 

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. All domestic orders will be sent via road express courier. Please note as we require someone to sign for this delivery we are unable to send to PO boxes.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer a flat rate of $50 for International SHIPMENTS. International orders will be shipped via TNT, AUS POST or DHL. All orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours*. Delivery can take 1 – 7 business days from date of pick up, depending on your location. Items are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) so you may have to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes to release your delivery. Policies vary by country so please check with your customs office.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

if your purchase was from a retailer, please return your item to them under their return policy.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we can not issue a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Unfortunately, original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $80 AUD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
